As our Sustainability & ESG Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing MiiN's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with our brand values and future regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to drive impactful actions, measure progress, and communicate results, playing a key role in shaping our responsible future.

This is a part-time position (20h/week).

Based in Barcelona (with a hybrid work model).

What will be your responsibilities?

As our Sustainability & ESG Specialist, your core focus will be managing our regulatory reporting alongside driving MiiN's sustainability strategy across the organization. Your key tasks will include:

- Reporting Compliance: Lead the elaboration and coordination of the Estado de Información No Financiera (EINF), ensuring full alignment and compliance with Spanish and European regulatory requirements.

- Sustainability Roadmap & Coordination: Lead the internal sustainability roadmap and coordinate effectively with external advisors and consultants.

- ESG Data & Reporting: Conduct ESG data collection across departments and contribute to broader non-financial reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GRI).

- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize stakeholder engagement activities, materiality assessments, and internal sustainability workshops.

- KPIs & Action Plans: Develop, monitor, and track sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their related action plans.

- Product & Supplier Initiatives: Support initiatives related to product sustainability, green certifications (e.g., BCorp), and supplier standards.

- Sustainability Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for sustainability across the organization, fostering an internal culture of responsibility.

What are we looking for? If you identify with the following, we want to meet you!

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, CSR, ESG, Business & Sustainability, or a similar field. Degrees in Communication, Economics, or Business Administration (ADE) with a specialization or training in sustainability will also be considered.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or ESG consulting, with proven experience in the preparation and drafting of EINFs (mandatory).

- Good understanding of sustainability frameworks and regulations such as Spanish non-financial reporting laws, CSRD, ESG, GRI, and BCorp.

- Proven project management skills, strong data analysis capabilities, and experience in materiality analysis.

- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Catalan is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams and external consultants.
