We are looking for a PR & Events Manager for the Italian Market with a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for brand building to drive visibility and positioning in Italy. This person will work cross-functionally with different teams to develop impactful brand initiatives, enhance our presence across channels, and identify new opportunities in the market.

Please note:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Our PR & Events Manager for the Italian Market will be based in Barcelona.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Contribute to the Italian market growth strategy together with the E-commerce and Performance teams.
  • Support P&L tracking, including cost monitoring and basic profitability analysis.
  • Strategic coordination of key brand channels: PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and collaborations.
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs to optimize brand visibility and campaign performance.
  • Proposing cross-channel actions across B2C, B2B, and retail to drive online and offline traffic.
  • Development and execution of drive-to-store projects and activations aimed at increasing visibility and footfall at points of sale.
  • Coordination of co-branding initiatives and strategic collaborations with brands and partners.
  • Leadership of communication and PR projects within the retail area.
  • Development and management of Influencer Marketing strategies, including coordination of shootings, briefing creation, results analysis, and collaboration management.
  • Management of public relations and contact with press and media.
  • Planning, coordination, and supervision of brand events and activations.
  • Project management with external suppliers and agencies (PR, events, and other strategic partners).
  • Development of initiatives focused on brand reputation and brand positioning.

Minimum requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (PR, events, brand, or marketing roles with strong brand focus).
  • Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in campaign performance tracking and KPI analysis. (en vez de algo más duro tipo growth)
  • Previous experience in PR management and agency coordination.
  • Experience in event organization and drive-to-store activations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Italian native or bilingual is a must. High level of English and Spanish required.
