Our Sales Department is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Junior Sales Specialist to help us meet sales targets, primarily in the Italian market.

Please note: This position is based in Barcelona.
What will be your daily tasks?
Support the Head of Italy in:
- Managing and optimizing the client database within the Italian territory.
- Providing back-office support to the Key Account Manager (KAM).
- Assisting with marketplace activities.
- Traveling to meet clients and attend trade shows.
Manage accounts in other assigned European countries:
- Managing and optimizing the assigned client database within the assigned EU territories.
- Increasing the client database in the assigned areas.
- Achieving growth and sales objectives.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports.
- Traveling abroad to meet clients and attend trade shows.
Minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales.
- A candidate who excels in teamwork and demonstrates strong capability in independently managing responsibilities.
- Client-focused with a strong ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Great listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passionate about the cosmetics industry.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish or additional languages are considered a plus).
