Reporting to the International Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead one team member to strengthen our brand, attract new customers, and maximize our impact in Portugal. Please note:

- Our Growth Manager for Portugal will be based in Barcelona.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Design and implement the comprehensive growth strategy for the Portuguese market, combining marketing and sales actions.
- Localize and adapt global promotional campaigns and the overall work calendar to the Portuguese market, ensuring coherence and local relevance.
- Actively collaborate with central departments (marketing, e-commerce, retail, product, content, and operations) to ensure proper execution of defined strategies in each channel and achieve sales objectives.
- Drive brand awareness through local campaigns, strategic partnerships, and tailored communication initiatives.
- Monitor sales and market performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth areas.
- Propose and lead local activations (collaborations, events, launches, or specific campaigns) to grow the brand in Portugal.
- Accelerate sales across online and offline channels, optimizing profitability and customer experience.
- Manage and track the country’s P&L, ensuring efficient resource management and market profitability.
- Analyze and optimize the entire funnel (awareness → conversion → retention), maximizing acquisition and loyalty.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives (Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliation, SEO, CRM, etc.) with a focus on profitable acquisition.
- Coordinate and guide your team member, fostering their development and ensuring goal achievement, as well as managing the country’s social media and content creation, including translation of all country-related materials.
- Collaborate with influencers, media, and local partners to increase visibility and strengthen brand image.
- Report results periodically and share insights with global teams to support strategic decision-making.
Minimum requirements
What are we looking for?
- 4 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing), ideally in e-commerce or D2C.
- In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese market and local digital trends.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel.
- Experience in advertising budget management and data-driven decision-making.
- Native Portuguese speaker or bilingual.
- Residence and work permit in Spain (essential).
- Highly proactive, decisive, and versatile profile, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment.
- Good to have: high level of Spanish.
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams or projects is a plus.
