Join our Finance team as a Finance Assistant Intern and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of K-Beauty. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and gain hands-on experience in financial processes within a fast-growing international company.

Please note:

  • This is an on-site position based in Barcelona.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • Support for Globalblu's management and accounting processes.
  • Sales invoicing for various stores.
  • Intercompany and supplier re-invoicing.
  • Customer verification for the Canary Islands.
  • Management of shipping issues at the invoicing level.
  • Management of online returns.
  • Support for other tasks related to the position.

Minimum requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Currently studying or recently completed studies in Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (internship or entry-level experience).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAGE or similar platforms, is a plus.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
