We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take over and lead the company's financial function, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong financial performance across all areas of the business.

About the role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CFO to lead the company's financial operations and ensure strong financial performance across the business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, and as a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with an operational mindset, business partnering capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced international environment.

This role will oversee financial planning, reporting, treasury, as well as legal and compliance coordination, and will act as a key partner to leadership in strategic decision-making.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Lead and manage the four core finance areas of the company (national finance, international finance, treasury and controlling) overseeing a team of 4 direct reports.
• Supervise accounting, tax and financial operations within an international group structure with entities across multiple foreign markets, ensuring consistency, compliance and accurate reporting standards across jurisdictions.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and working capital to ensure the financial stability of the business.
• Coordinate accounting, tax and audit activities with external advisors.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with financial, tax and corporate legal obligations across different markets.
• Develop and improve internal controls, financial processes and reporting systems.
• Support strategic projects, business expansion and operational decision-making.
• Analyse business performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors and external financial partners.
• Support investor relations activities, including financial reporting, information requests and communication with shareholders/investors.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and external legal counsel on corporate, commercial and compliance matters.
• Coordinate and monitor corporate governance documentation, contracts and legal follow-up actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR and commercial teams to support company growth and scalability.
