With a strong presence in Europe, we are now reaching for new horizons. To bring us closer to our roots and expand into Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and Africa, we are establishing a new office in Seoul, the heart of cosmetic innovation.
We are looking for an experienced and visionary International Sales Manager to lead this exciting challenge. If you thrive in multicultural environments, are passionate about B2B sales, and are ready to drive growth in strategic markets, we want to hear from you!
Please note that the position will be based in Seoul.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies for international markets outside Europe, identifying new business opportunities in key sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and strategic partners in assigned markets.
- Follow the strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its presence in global markets.
- Achieve and exceed growth and sales targets, while monitoring and optimizing results.
- Analyze market opportunities, trends, and competitors to propose tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for account management and customer relations.
Minimum requirements
Requirements
- Residence in South Korea and availability for international travel.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in international markets.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand the cultural dynamics of Asian, American, and African markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Native Korean speaker with advanced English proficiency (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
