Affiliate Marketing Specialist - Barcelona - 40h

At MiiN Cosmetics, we bring the best of Korean beauty to Europe, and we’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow our affiliate program across Spain, Italy, and Portugal - managing campaigns, partners, and platforms to drive results and expand our international presence.

Please note:

• Our Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be based in Barcelona.
• English is required, Italian is a plus.

What you’ll do:

Affiliate Recruitment

• Research and reach out to new affiliate partners, especially cashback, coupon codes, blogs, and editorial publishers.

Exposure Negotiation

• Negotiate visibility with top affiliates to ensure MiiN is promoted to their audiences.
• Negotiate discounts and exclusive conditions in exchange for higher visibility.

Partner Support & Engagement

• Maintain daily communication with affiliates and share campaigns, promotions, and assets.
• Ensure promotions are up to date and the correct offers are being promoted.

Affiliate Platform Management

• Set up offers, update commissions, track campaigns, and manage voucher codes.
• Create and schedule newsletters, and update banners or creatives.

Benchmarking & Reporting

• Track affiliate performance and competitor activity.
• Ensure visual assets meet market needs.

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams on landing pages, translations, and creative requests for campaigns.
